You don't buy a slot on a shared server — you buy an environment: a sealed slice of our Kubernetes clusters with its own database server, its own storage, its own network boundary, its own dedicated IP, and CPU and memory reserved for you. Inside it you run your own applications — one site or several — sharing your resources between your projects. Isolation is between clients, never inside your own environment.

Everything in your environment is yours

Your own database server
A dedicated MariaDB instance — not an account on a shared database cluster. Each of your sites gets its own database and scoped credentials inside it.
Your own storage
Dedicated, replicated Ceph volumes for content and data — block storage for the database, distributed filesystem for files.
Your own network boundary
Default-deny network policies. Other tenants are unreachable to you — and you to them. Cross-tenant traffic is architecturally impossible.
Reserved compute
Kubernetes-guaranteed resources: request equals limit. Inside the cluster no other tenant can take what you reserved.
A dedicated IP address
Included in every plan. Your reputation is your own — no shared-IP blacklisting because of a stranger's newsletter.
Access tooling
Per-site SFTP, a database web console, and a secure SSH tunnel for direct database access with your own tools.

Shared CPU or Dedicated CPU — choose your guarantee level

Every environment gets the same isolation and the same platform-level reservation. The choice is what backs it physically.

Physical CPU cores are shared at the virtualization layer — and we keep the sharing ratio deliberately low, so in practice your environment performs like the resources are yours. Your reservation always holds against every other tenant inside the cluster. The best price-to-performance on the platform, and where we recommend every project starts.

Dedicated CPU
For workloads that need a contractual hardware guarantee: your cores are 1:1 reserved physical hardware, contended by no one, ever. The premium option for those where a hard guarantee matters more than price.

Same environments, same isolation, same features — RAM, storage, and dedicated IP are fully yours in both. The only variable is the physical CPU guarantee level, and the price reflects exactly that.

Sovereign by architecture, not by region label

Choosing an "EU region" from a US cloud provider does not put your clients' data under EU jurisdiction — the US CLOUD Act follows the provider, not the datacenter. Radibase is a European company running its own hardware in Sofia and Amsterdam, on its own network (AS202309), holding its own keys. There is no foreign parent company for a foreign court to compel.

For agencies serving healthcare, finance, legal or public-sector clients this is not a preference — it's a procurement requirement (NIS2, DORA, GDPR). Here it's simply how the platform is built.

Under the hood — what you're actually paying for

Every environment is a Kubernetes namespace on our RKE2 clusters with:
✓ Dedicated application pods (PHP-FPM + nginx) and a dedicated database pod — no shared runtimes
✓ Default-deny NetworkPolicies — cross-tenant traffic architecturally impossible, not policy-forbidden
✓ Guaranteed Kubernetes resources (request == limit), on Dedicated CPU additionally backed 1:1 by physical cores
✓ Dedicated Ceph volumes — replicated block storage for the database, distributed filesystem for content
✓ Nightly backups of every site — database dump plus content archive, on separate platform storage
✓ Versioned, immutable releases — every component version-pinned; upgrades staged and tested before they reach you
Scaling is a configuration change, not a server migration: upgrade the plan and your environment grows in place.
